Casework/Help with Federal Agencies
Congressman Rogers is always glad to help constituents who are encountering difficulties with federal agencies. Our offices can act as a liaison between the residents of the Fifth Congressional District of Kentucky and the federal government.
Each year, we help thousands of constituents who have questions or need help with federal agencies. If you cannot get an answer from a federal agency in a reasonable amount of time or if you have been treated unfairly, we might be able to help.
If you are having a problem with a federal office, in nearly all cases, it will be necessary for you to complete a privacy release form that will allow a federal agency to relinquish information from your file to our office. This is due to the Privacy Act of 1974. The purpose of the Privacy Act is to protect the individual rights of citizens by prohibiting the release of personal information to unauthorized parties.
*Please note: As an elected official, Congressman Rogers is prohibited by Federal regulations from becoming involved in legal matters.
